Halcyon Supply Co. (“Halcyon”, “we”, “us”) runs this store from Denver, Colorado. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you browse, create an account or place an order, and what we do with it.

- Account and order details: name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, order history.
- Age verification: date of birth and, where required, the result of an ID check. We keep the result, not a copy of your ID.
- Payment: card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Device data: IP address, browser type and pages viewed, kept in standard server logs for security.
How we use it
To process and ship orders, verify that you are 21 or older, answer support requests, prevent fraud and meet our tax and regulatory obligations. We send marketing email only if you opt in, and every message has an unsubscribe link.

We use cookies to keep your bag and your login working, and your browser’s local storage to remember that you confirmed your age. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.
